When you board The Luggwoods Express you will be brought through Enchanted Forest to our Big Red Barn. Along the way, you will take in the stunning view of Dublin city and experience something different in the forest for every event.
At the Big Red Barn you’ll meet some characters, play games, meet animals, have fun and be entertained.
On the journey back through Luggwoods Enchanted Forest, you will get another chance to take in the amazing views Dublin City which looks like a sea of twinkling lights below you.
The Luggwoods Enchanted Forest is an online only booking system.
Tickets can be purchased by credit or debit card from our website. Once your transaction is completed, a confirmation email containing your unique booking reference number will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive this email please check your spam/junk folders as it may reside there depending on your email provider.
Luggwoods is 3km from Saggart Village on the Slade road, just 8km from Tallaght and 20km from Naas.
There is no bus transport from Saggart village to Luggwoods

Yes, you can buy professional photos at all our events. Please see information of Easter, Christmas and Halloween for more information about each event. We encourage lots of photos at Luggwoods. Please note that only professional photos are available at the staged photos areas.
Please dress appropriately during your trip to Luggwoods. You will travel through a real enchanted forest which is set at quite a height overlooking Dublin. So wrap up well and ensure to wear appropriate footwear (No high Heels)
Buggies are not permitted on the Luggwoods express train so we would advise you leave your buggy in your car. Luggwoods cannot accept responsibility for any personal property left throughout the experience.
There is a baby changing facility available but it is in a barn outside which can be quite cold.
Yes, there are refreshments available before and after the experience. Nanna Kelly’s kitchen will be even bigger this year with premium coffee and delicious treats that can be purchased for all the family.
Yes, we have free parking for all of our customers, Coaches will need to contact us email@example.com to arrange space.
When you get to Luggwood Enchanted Forest, our parking attendant will direct you to a suitable car parking spot. Once parked, you make your way to the reception area where you will check in with our reception staff. Please ensure you have your tickets printed or you have a copy of them on your phone. Once you are checked in, you can sit back and let the Luggwoods staff entertain your children before you board the Luggwoods express for your journey through the enchanted forest.
NB please allow for parking time before your event start time by arriving 15 mins before the start time.
Yes, Luggwoods is wheelchair accessible and we have a space on each train for a wheelchair. Unfortunately, due to you travelling through a real forest the surface is very uneven so it may not be very wheelchair friendly as the road surface has stones etc on it.

Your time will be allocated on your ticket. We would advise to only arrive 10-15 minutes before your train time as the trains are very punctual leaving. Please ensure to bring your printed ticket or have them on your phone.
Please try to get there 15 minutes before your train leaves, if you are running late we will try to accommodate you the best we can by putting you on another train.
No. Unfortunately, Luggwoods is a tickets only event and has to be pre booked due to limited spaces on trains.

If the event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions then full refunds will be issued. However, if the event is running and you can not attend due to bad weather then Luggwoods will not be in a position to refund you.

The charges are levied on us and pay for credit/debit card processing and all other costs associated with the ticket transaction.
No, Sorry, Luggwoods has enough pets so we do not allow any other animals to attend.
